CRM ↔ Telnyx Bridge collects the following information to provide SMS routing services:

  • Account Information: Email address, name (if provided) for user authentication
  • CRM Data: Location ID, Company ID, OAuth access tokens (encrypted)
  • Telnyx Configuration: Messaging profile IDs, phone number mappings
  • Message Data: SMS messages are routed through our service but not stored

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Route SMS messages between your CRM and Telnyx
  • Authenticate and authorize access to your account
  • Maintain your configuration settings
  • Provide customer support

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using:

  • Supabase: Database hosted on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest
  • Password Security: Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage
  • OAuth Tokens: Encrypted and stored securely, never exposed to client-side code
  • HTTPS: All data transmission is encrypted in transit

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We only share data with:

  • Your CRM: To send/receive SMS messages via their API
  • Telnyx: To route SMS messages via their messaging service
  • Service Providers: Hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase) necessary for service operation

5. Message Content

SMS message content is:

  • Routed in real-time between your CRM and Telnyx
  • Not stored permanently in our database
  • Subject to the privacy policies of your CRM provider and Telnyx
  • May be logged temporarily for debugging purposes (logs are automatically purged)

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your account data
  • Update or correct your information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Disconnect CRM locations from your account

7. Cookies

We use HTTP-only cookies for session management. These cookies are:

  • Not accessible to JavaScript (HTTP-only)
  • Used only for authentication
  • Automatically cleared when you log out
